“Aha,” kusho uLerato. “Sizodla kamnandi ebusuku namuhla.” ULerato wabamba ingulube le encane,

kodwa wamangala nje ngoba yanswininiza, “Ngiyacela bandla, ungidedele! Ngizokuhlomulisa – ngiyingulube yomlingo.”

ULerato wayigqolozela ingulube. “Uzonginikezani?” kusho yena. “Isikhathi esiyiviki elilodwa,” kusho ingulube,

“uzokwazi ukundiza njengenyoni esibhakabhakeni …
