Wednesday, 9 April 2025 - Nalibali is aware of the deeply disturbing allegations of sexual misconduct by a Nal'ibali employee involving minors in Bram-Fischer Primary School in Roodeport, Gauteng. The safety and well-being of children are our highest priorities, and we have no tolerance for any form of abuse or inappropriate behaviour towards children involved in our programmes and activities.

Nal’ibali learned of this incident on Thursday, the 27th of March 2025, and immediately implemented disciplinary action. The employee in question was suspended on the same day with immediate effect. The parents of the victims opened a criminal case against the perpetrator, and was handed over to the police on Friday, the 28th of March 2025, for the law to take its course.
