Gcinumuzi Radebe began his journey in literacy development with Nal’ibali in 2013, working closely with communities and schools to spark a love of reading among children. His passion and commitment saw him grow into roles as a Provincial Coordinator and later a Master Trainer, where he supported the development of facilitators and helped shape the tools and training that strengthen early learning spaces. Across his work with various literacy organisations, he has played a key role in improving reading outcomes and building environments where children can thrive. Driven by a deep belief in the power of literacy, Gcinumuzi continues to advocate for stronger community and parental involvement in raising a generation of readers.
