One evening when David’s dad got home from work, they were both feeling very hungry. But David was looking very grubby from all the playing he had been doing after school!

‘Time for your bath,’ said Dad.

‘I don’t want to bath tonight, thank you, Dad,’ said David.

‘Well, I’m afraid you need to!’ said Dad. ‘I know what… What if you have a quick bath while I cook supper?’

‘But I want you to bath with me,’ said David looking sad.

‘But what about supper?’ asked Dad. “How’s that going to get cooked?’
